An open manifesto for the ideal role model we can
all aspire to be for one another. "Tell me who your friends are and I'll
tell you who you are" - our environments shape us far more than we
realize. Health research indicate that our diets can dictate our decisions and
behaviours. Observational learning is similar. If we care to see a better
future for humanity, we will need (if not have) to model it for our pupils. As
paradoxical a conundrum as that may sound, it is achievable � but only
collaboratively.
Imagine a world of free, critical thinkers.
Individuals capable of understanding one another, causing less friction and
less conflict. Imagine the resolutions they can achieve through dialogue alone.
Imagine the business advantages if their abilities and their learning progress can be measured and validated, how easy would it be to recruit,
flag and train based on fine-grained professional development needs?
